Susan Harper plays organic rock with a soulful groove. Her debut full-length release “Unpredictable” showcases the Seattle singer-songwriter’s charisma and stage presence.

The songs on “Unpredictable” have a sincerity and sense of self. So much so that Susan jokes that she plays “self-help rock”. But the passion and push of these songs lies in her delivery. Her raw emotion is reminiscent of performers like Grace Slick, Ani Difranco and KT Tunstall. Susan’s authentic voice, sense of humor, and talent as a guitarist and vocalist make her live shows popular community events.

Her premier CD “Unpredictable” is full of surprises, moving from slow ballads to high energy rock. Susan counts Natalie Merchant, Heart, Annie Lennox, Peter Gabriel and Paul Simon among her many influences.

She started writing songs in 1992, after moving to Seattle from eastern Washington. She dove into Seattle’s environmental and social justice movement, and entered the world of music and activism. Susan performs with a band or as a solo artist, playing her original songs. Now with a full live lineup, Susan Harper Conspiracy is ready to rock an audience.
