Joey Ofori is Smooth4Lyfe, an artist who puts as much energy in his music as he has in his personality. Born and raised in Silver Spring, MD, he always had a passion for all styles of music. He first created his first electronic album at 14 with a small DJ mixer set on a PC, and from that day on, he knew he had calling in this industry. Starting as a Hip Hop artist, he later decided to change gears and create music matching his energetic personality, and mixing the two genres together, Smooth4Lyfe creates which he calls "Club Hop", a mixture of lyrical Hip Hop and high energy club beats. Lyrically, he is hip hop, and is able to tell stories, make jokes, motivate, and inspire, keeping an old school flow and mixing it with the sounds of today. Instrumentally, he is high impact house, with sounds and beats similar to those of David Guetta, Black Eyed Peas, Flo Rida, and LMFAO.
