Dr.Groove is Ariel Muchnick. Ariel strartd Dj'ing various electronic music in Tel Aviv, Israel in 1996. 1997 he moved to Frankfurt Germany there he got drowned into the progressive trance sound and got a residency in Dorian Grey (Club owned by Sven Vath). After a year of dj'ing in various clubs in Germany Ariel made up his mind to get more into the production side of things and got a BA in Audio Engineering from SAE in Sydney Australia.

Ariel was involved in several projects including:
Dr-Resha a collaboration that spun-off into a tour playing this music all over Australia in festivals such as: Earth Dance Festival, Outback Eclipse Festival, Mardi Gras Festival and then followed to Switzerland, Germany, Japan and Israel.

Late in 1999 Ariel teamed up with local Australian dj's: Rifraf, Dj Marcotix and Dj Panayotis) and together started the production company called RIF productions (www.rifproductions.com) today one of Sydney's most important and reputable event producers.
