Sinead is a twenty one year old singer songwriter from Melbourne, Australia. She makes beautiful folk music rich with stories, memories and recollections. She was discovered by Sound of Melbourne Records and features on the Melbourne Sampler for 2011. Since then, the iconic Luna Park has swept up another one of her homemade tunes for their keeping, which proves to be a sunny accompaniment to go hand in hand with the theme park. Sinead has been bunkered down recording a fraction of her already prolific collection of songs. Written innocently in her bedroom, her EP will provide a snippet of view into an entrancing world of words and music, rummaging through the meaningfulness of all things, of seeming ordinariness. Above all, Sinead is a story teller, singing each of her songs in that quiet way, which often compels people to listen that little bit closer.
