Getting hooked on electronic music during the early days of the Ottawa \ Montreal rave scene back in 1992, Scott started collecting records and drawing influences from the diverse sounds in his crate. Partied out, and in need of change, Scott packed up little more than his crates of vinyl and made the move west to Vancouver. Shortly after arriving and meeting his friend Michael, they formed the Envy Collective, a group of friends and like-minded house heads. Taking things to the next level, they started to dj together on four turntables, bringing their trademark funky sounds to the Vancouver nightlife. Five years on and the collective continue to take their own directions and spread the love of house music and the Envy Collective name in Canada, USA, Mexico and beyond. Within the past year or so, Scott has been focusing on the production side of things and hopes to, along with dj’ing, continue to put his stamp on the sound of house.
