I write songs, simply because that's what I do. I use a Korg D1600 digital recorder to make demos. I was "in the business" years ago but real life intervened. "I could'a been somebody" is a tempting motto; but I am somebody to seven wonderful people, at least, all grown and hopefully not too much of a chip off the old block. I am a fan of the Beatles' and George Martin, not so much of the Fab Four or Mop Tops. But I also like Tony Joe, Kris, Jimmy, Simon, and a smattering of others who tapped the genius now and again.
