Roman recently spent four years in the U.S. Army where he experienced the ultimate highs and lows of life. During his stay at the Defense Language Institute, Roman spent much of his time in the Bay Area rave scene (large-scale and underground) with fellow DJs Mazin and Linguistek. He was bitten by the promoter bug as he headed up several events for the service-members with the Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) program. Having discovered his calling, he established the foundations for Synduced Records while serving in Iraq in 2006. During his tour, Roman stayed with his passion for electronic music and returned with his first collection of UK hardcore and hard dance tracks.
