Ramblin Gypsy's got there start jamming and picking in the winter 2004 around Collettsville,N.C. at the house I was living at the time.Doug and I go way back, we went to school together and grew up less than a mile a part but never knew the music interest of the other,I was busy chasing girls and Doug was busy cultivating crops so to speak.Dustin and I met at are local rowdy bar "Steele Horses" we fit together right from the start.He picks up alot on what Im trying to do and just adds more to it with his style.Doug is by far the musician's musician of the band,He plays the mandolin,Lead guitar,Banjo,Fiddle,Drums,Bass,Slide guitar and the harp.....whew ! I'm a somgwriter andI try to play rythem guitar and Dustin plays Lead guitar ,bass and drums.We seem to have are on rootsy sound and continue to groove are on sound.Roots rock with some rustic overtones.Come see us...............and roll gypsy roll.
