Litterbox (Now called Public Disturbance) was established in the Winter of 2002 by a couple of bored teens, (Brian, Trench, Dave & Tom[2004] ), in the middle of a dead, boring city in the pit of NJ. We were sick and tired of the local scene and how the trendies and jocks have polluted and reduced it to "who's more 'hardcore'? Who's pants are tighter? and Who can name the most 'underground bands?'" We're gonna take back the scene for the punks and STOMP this wussy "I'm Punker Than You" crap out of existence, and if you don't like our music . . .too bad! You probably suck anyway.
