Started as a music journalist and teenage concert promoter in 1989 and had my first major label A&R job when I was 21.

Discovered Kyuss- Now Queens of the Stone Age, Stone Temple Pilots and a ton of other local bands who didn't get that well known.

Was early promoter and supporter of Rage Against the Machine and Ice T's Body Count and was responsible for the signing of Ethyl Meatplow to their groundbreaking record deal.

Discovered Crossfade and spent two years developing the band. Their Columbia self titled debut had three #1 singles including Cold- the most played song of the year on the Active AND Modern rock radio formats.

Discovered Christina Perri when she was working at a restaurant being the first person to shop her to labels long before she wrote Jar of Hearts and have spent most of the last 15 years as a consultant to several indie A&R companies as well as indie and major labels.
