Tommy Odum was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama . At a very young age he began singing Gospel and Soul in his Grandmother’s Church. Inspired by Artists like the Jackson 5, the Temptations , James Brown, Marvin Gaye, Prince and many more, Tommy began writing his own songs, singing in local groups.
Tommy enlisted in the US Army in 1992., but continued to sing and perform whenever he could. But he never found the success he wanted due to the Army’s need to move personnel from Base to Base.
In May of 2001 Tommy left the Army to pursue his music career full time. Since then, he has done many Shows in Europe and developed a very large Fanbase. He performed with “The Temptations” in Aschaffenburg, Germany,
Tommy, who took on the Artist Name “O.D.” has finished his first Album. “On The Other Side” . Which he independendly produced. The release date for the album is set for later this year. Now, O.D. is seeking a Label for his unique singing and writting style.
