Mike began his career in the advertising field, writing songs for national and international radio and tv ads for ABC TV, Guiness, AT&T among others. His styles of music cover the range from Pop to hip-hop and everything in between. His projects included songs with artists such as Chuck D of Public Enemy and Will Smith. Over the course of his ad career he earned top honors in the commercial writing and producing before switching over to pop and country songwriting and producing, eventually gaining the coveted $20,000Gold Radio Mercury Award and a listing in New York's Museum of Radio and Television.
Mike then spent four years shutttling between Nashville and New York City as he learned to hone his lyrical and production skills. Now known as lyric and vocal melody specialist, In addition to writing for Pop and Country markets, Mike is currently writing with several promising new acts such as Portugal's Climb, The Bahama's Omerit and Marvin (S-Curve Records - formerly of the Baha M
