Mad Buffalo has released three CD's recorded over the last couple years with a litany of great musicians: Michael Ward (Wallflowers, John Hiatt), Reggie McBride (Stevie Wonder, Elton John, Ry Cooder), Marty Grebb (Bonnie Raitt, Taj Mahal). Produced & recorded by Earle Mankey (Beach Boys, Sparks, Concrete Blonde) in Thousand Oaks, CA.

In addition to a lifetime of crafting songs, Mad Buffalo's singer/songwriter Randy Riviere has spent years slugging it out as a wildlife biologist in an increasingly impacted landscape. The insights Riviere has gained in these struggles can be found imbedded in Mad Buffalo music.

"The underlying problem causing the steady deterioration of our environment is our unwavering economic priority," states Riviere. "Our landscape has been and continues to be degraded due to this mindset. The Mad Buffalo project has been a great release for me in that it has created a venue where I can say how I really feel about what's going on."
