John Elliott was born (13 March 1958) and raised in Portland, Oregon. He is not a trained musician. Oh, he’s got several guitars and ukuleles, numerous small (read: fun!) percussion instruments (his kids love them, too), and two keyboards (excluding his computer keyboard), among others. However, he really can’t sit down and play his music. He figures, though, that if he can play the hardest measures up to tempo, a real musician should also be able to play his music.
In March of 2006, he acquired high-end notation software which has finally given him the power to create music using whatever instrumentation he chooses and output it in such a way that others can finally hear it. He hopes you enjoy his efforts.
John resides in Albany, Oregon, with his beautiful wife and two tremendous daughters. He can be reached at (541) 619-5013, jelliott@peak.org, ymir20mil@comcast.net, and through http://home.comcast.net/~2lsand2ts/ and http://www.2lsand2ts.com/.
