Many paths have been traveled and many fellow musicians have come and gone. The experience gained, both positive and negative has proven invaluable. Each path has aided in my musical development and shaped my musicianship, theories, and goals into what lies before you. Whether it be hardcore or lounge music, insurgence.nyc represents an entire tapestry of past experiences - each track encompassing different stages in my life.
This is a compilation of thirty three years of observing, analyzing, experiencing, and most importantly, understanding that which has now come to fruition in the guise of insurgence.nyc: a creatively-driven collaboration of open-minded, experimental musicians who’ve successfully invested faith and trust in one another for decades – and will continue to do so for decades to come.
