Danny Manion aka Dj...S.M.D.

Born December 28th 1968 in Louisville,Kentucky. Danny has always had a passion for music.He loved the sounds from Elvis,through the 70's funk,hip hop of the 80's to now, and most recently rap rock.After hearing Run-Dmc and Jam master Jay. Danny started djing when he was 14 years old. Danny started making his own music in 1986. Formed his first group The MC Kops which lasted a few years battling and performing at parties. Danny then moved to Orlando,Florida where he started to not only make music but began rapping. Formed a group with his cousin called The Boys from the Ville. This lasted from 1989 until 1995 which during this time they had 2 songs released on a compilation album called Amandelas orcestra with Wonderful Records. Sounds funny but it was a rap and rnb album.These 2 songs were played on college radio which recieved good reviews.They performed at benefits and contest with a very
