Once upon a time in medium-sized city 40 miles west of Boston, MA...

Bret Talbert (guitar/lead vox) and childhood friend Matt Dubuque (drums) formed a rock band in junior high school. Several years and 5 bands later, hooking up with Lance Muhammad (bass/backing vox) along the way, Bret, Matt, and Lance are together again in HOTHEAD.

Toured US with UK's the Wonder Stuff (Polygram) Opened for UK's Ned's Atomic Dustbin (Columbia) at Wellesly College, Carter USM (Chrysalis) in Boston, Skunk Anansi (Sony) in Providence Went to #11 on the UK charts on a Carter B-side Performed at Mix 98.5's MIXFEST in Boston. Performed in Little Steven's Rockin' Garage Battle of the Bands in Boston.
