High Caliber is a hip hop group composed of two members (M Humphrey, C Chisley) representing the D.C. Metropolian area. They have been rapping together since 1989 and have been recording demos since 1995 in hopes of getting a recording contract. The production of the group is maintained by M. Humphrey, and ranges from laid back hypnotic beats to rowdy get the crowd hype anthems. The lyrics are written by M. Humphrey and C. Chisley.
