My name is John Bokowski, Jr. President/CEO of KINGS ROAD GROUP, INC. KRG is a "one stop" solutions orientated Business Management, Marketing, Promotions, Creative and Content Development Group. Our Independently contracted management team consists of Grammy nominated Producers, Artist Managers, current and former Sr. VP's of Marketing Promotion at various labels distribution houses, and seasoned industry executives from all areas of Media, Entertainment and Technology. We currently have distribution through Universal Music Group and focus on all areas of Pop, Rock, Urban, Hip-Hop, R&B, Rap, Christian, Rhythm & Praise and Gospel Music. We also shop for deals of all kinds (distribution, publishing, licensing), as well as help secure corporate sponsor alliances, endorsements, investors, grants and loans.

KRG offers what we've coined as, LABEL MANAGEMENT SERVICES, to Labels, Independents, Production Companies and Artists. We also provide General Consulting and overall Project Management for "start-up" ventures, as well as established entities. This includes managing product releases, quarterbacking marketing campaigns and general oversight of the day to day operations of the label, project or venture. This can also be inclusive of A&R, artist development, record production, songwriting, artist management, label structure, independent marketing promotion services, radio promotion, street promotion, video production promotion, retail account management, publicity, distribution (domestic foreign) internet distribution, etc.

We also develop and write marketing plans, do research and marketing analysis, create marketing budgets forecasts, release schedules and set-up strategies for product "roll-outs", including pre set-up work with trade publications, radio stations, retail outlets, media outlets, online viral and social networking campaigns, establishing fan club bases, etc.

In addition we offer ARTIST DEVELOPMENT and CONSULTATION services as well. This allows us to advise and consult clients in a role and fashion similar to a traditional "manager/artist" type relationship, Inclusive of overall guidance, direction, focus and structure to any creative project or entity, setting career goals and objectives, general client representation, review of Industry contracts, negotiating and deal structuring as well as artistic imagining, branding, styling and overall assistance to help gain exposure in the industry.

In both the LABEL MANAGEMENT and the CONSULTING arenas, our objective is to map out solid game plans that allows the client to reach and maximize their career pursuits in a logical, well thought out, effective way. This includes many services most "traditional" managers are usually not equipped to do.
