Hi Helen... how's it going? Any luck lately here at Broadjam? I've had 14 forwards at TAXI but nothing here... and then Broadjam lists you as having "recent" success... (?)

Thanks for the reply Helen... to be frank, I thought you had already moved away! (from these sites). I just happened to notice your name in the Licensing Successes and it states you had "recent" success (which you had told me previously about the placement a couple years ago)... then, I noticed that you were ONLINE here at Broadjam... I was surprised.

I'm just getting burned out with Broadjam... seems like pissing into the wind for me. At least at TAXI I get valuable feedback and the forum is priceless! Take care and goodnight! -- AK

Hi. Helen. Congrats on being considered for the commercial placement.I think you would be perfect choice! Awesome job. I entered a commercial song "real good day" but I know it would be a long shot because my song wasn't mixed well and didn't have all the bells and whistles I wanted. My song was more energetic I guess for more of a shopping mall setting. Yours is more lad back, relaxing fit for a commercial of that kind. I'm going to work on my songs before I submit them again. Congrats again! Great job!

I read that you had success with a placement here, I'm new to Broadjam and just wondered how did that work? Considering spending some money on here and wondering if it is worth it.

I have had one placement for a regional ad nearly 2 years ago... but nothing since. It's all about hitting the right listing with the right song and then some luck!! All these types of things can be worth it or not.... I know it's not much help but we all go at it in different ways and you have to try by trial and error which works for you.
