Bio

the GYLBOTS (Get Your Lazy Butt Off The Sofa) were formed in July 2001 by Josh and Jordan and the Barbarian on drums. Jordan and Josh had been playing together for a year or so, making possibly the worst shit recorded ever. Aaron joined as a second guitar in December 01, and then we recorded Selfish Liberation. Soon after, the Barbarian parted ways, and Aaron took over at drums. After listening to lots of Defiance and such, we started to write better music (not that the old stuff was bad, the new crap's just got more street). Commited to social change, we've organized benefit shows and raised money for good causes. And protests, too --those are always fun. So don't sit there and complain, get off your ass and do something about it.
