Groove State formed in Germany and consists of female vocalist Lisjana and producer/remixer Deep G (originally from Melbourne, Australia) and are at present based Northern Sydney, Australia. Though it’s hard to label the duos music production style, they are influenced by various forward-looking European dance producers such as Peter Luts, Talla, Tiesto, Benny Benassi, and Global Deejays, to name a few.
Right from the start Groove State built a solid impression in the dance music scene. With their debut Vinyl Truly in Rapture a Top 40 club hit, being played in popular dance clubs across Europe and on worldwide dance radio, charting in Belgium, Holland, USA, Canada and Australia. Groove State followed on with trance masterpiece “Alone without You”, that pumped the European clubs, dance radio and club charts from Belgium to Germany and beyond.
