In 1994, Shambroom became a founding member of the Boston r&b band the Love Dogs, with whom he has played guitar and bari sax since. During that time, the Love Dogs have toured the US, Canada, and Europe, while releasing four cds of blues, funk, and swing on the ToneCool label.

Glenn has released three well-received jazz cds: “Make Room For Snappy” (2000), “Include Me Out” (2003), and “Band Math” (2006).

Blues Revue Magazine called “Make Room For Snappy” “… an impressive collection of nine energetic sax instrumentals... a beautifully crafted project.” Cadence Magazine called it “Snappy from start to finish.

JazzReview said “Strong compositions, solid ensemble work, and impressive solos make ‘Include Me Out’ a straight-ahead standout.” AllAboutJazz wrote “’Include Me Out’ will win you over with (it’s) boppish swing and smartly crafted arrangements. Shambroom has managed to create a record that is both intelligent and fun.”
