Fear Zero has been chosen for one of the final 10 spots out of 600 entries in the CFOX Seeds 2005 contest. Past winners include Nickelback, and Default. Fear Zero is an independent rock band from North Vancouver that includes songwriter/vocalist/guitarist Ed S., bassist Torry H., and drummer Francis A. Together for over four years, the band has built a following across Canada selling 3,000 cds independently through its strong live performances opening for Randy Bachman, Stabilo, and Armchair Cynics, live performance television appearances in Vancouver , BC, Edmonton and Calgary AB, and national FM radio success. The band scored a Canadian rock top 40 single, Sunday Morning, and followed that up with the song Satellite, hitting the top 50 in the summer of 2004 on the BDS spins chart for rock. Recently the song "Day of our last night" went top 50 nationally on rock radio. The band recently scored endorsements with Larivee and Godin guitars, and a sponsorship with a Canadian brewer
