Evan makes music he thinks is great and hopes you will think that too. Although his influences include Big Wreck, Sloan, The Smashing Pumpkins, U2, The Tragically Hip, Regina Spektor, Yes, Jeff Buckley and others, Evan's music is uniquely his own. His love of layered, thickly distorted guitars is evident in his own creations, as is his love for lush vocal harmony. He has always been drawn to beautiful melodies and complex harmonies, as well as songs so bare that they seem to reach right into your soul with their simple rawness. All these elements can be heard and felt in his music.
Evan is a multi-instrumentalist who specializes in guitar and voice, but has also recorded and performed on the drums, bass, and piano. He has performed with both original and cover bands for over 10 years. He now writes and records at his leisure while living life. His second album, Out Of Obscurity was released in October 2012 and is available everywhere online.
