Still in her 20s, Eliza Moore is already a seasoned professional vocalist and fiddler. She’s performed everywhere from the legendary Club Passim in Cambridge, MA to the Barbican Stage in London, England, and her collaborators have ranged from bluegrass bands to members of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.
Born into a musical family, her career began in her late teens when she teamed up with Anya Schoenegge (now fiddler and guitarist for the all-women Cajun outfit the Magnolia Sisters) to form Honey Green. The group toured extensively through Western Europe, focusing especially on the west coast of Ireland. Subsequently, Eliza attended the Guild Hall School for Music and Drama in London, before returning to the northeastern U.S. to resume her stateside career.
