Denver Casado graduated from New York University Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Music Technology and a concentration in Music Composition. At NYU Denver privately studied for four years with award-winning composer Marc-Antonio Consoli and wrote a variety of compositions, including chamber ensemble pieces, soundtracks to student films in NYU's Tisch School of the Arts and a fully arranged pop/tango titled "Pulling Out" for a full-length feature film in development. When he wasn't composing, Denver spent the majority of his time at NYU in their fourteen recording and music studios working with everything from Pro Tools based digital multi-track recording to advanced MIDI sequencing and production. Following NYU, Denver began working as a freelance composer for Pulse Music in downtown New York, scoring music for TV commercials. He currently works out of his studio in the East Village writing original music for TV, film and theatre.

In 2003 he worked at Sony Music Studios where he participated in daily tracking and mixing sessions with high-profile artists such as Harry Connick Jr., Usher and Jane’s Addiction. Following NYU, Denver began working as a freelance composer for Pulse Music in downtown New York, scoring music for TV commercials. Additionally he became recognized in the New York theatre scene when he wrote the music to several musical theatre pieces produced downtown. He currently works out of his studio in the East Village writing original music for TV, film and theatre.
