I was born and raised in Durban, South Africa and studied music at the University of Durban Westville from 1995 to 1998. I majored in classical and Jazz guitar and classical and Jazz Voice. I have been singing and playing the guitar since the age of 16.

My musical tastes and influences are varied. I like anything from Beethoven to AC/DC. My next single, "Prisoner of Paradise," is also a contemporary jazz song and will be released in February next year.

After the next single I will be working on my full album of 12 songs. 11 of the songs were written by me and one was a collaboration. The styles range from pop to easy listening, adult contemporary and rock.

I am currently the guitar and band teacher at Umhlanga College, a
private school in Durban, South Africa.
