Dene was Born in Brixton, Lambeth, London SW2 18/11/72. Now living in St Albans, Herts. Dene has Been writing songs since he was a mixed up 13year old, and recently changed musical direction after 5 years fronting an Indie Rock Band. At present working on a debut CD titled 'Turning Poems Into Rock 'N' Roll. Dene's band Denmark Street,members are : Marco Spano Keys/Backing Vocals, Marcello Flore Bass guitar, and Eric Van De Velde drums.

Dene has been writing songs from behind a guitar since he was a mixed up 13 year old, and poem's before that.Dene gave up music for 9 years to concentrate on an atheletics career and returned to his first love music in 2002.
He formed The Underdogs and gigged in London and the south east until the band split in 2006 after the other members decided the wanted to become a covers act.Dene went his way, and after a long search has found some great musicians that share the same love and dream of creating good original material.
