Description: It's been 10 years since the debut of the classic album "It's Dark and Hell Is Hot". Now, multiplatinum selling artist DMX is hard at work on his next opus "Walk With Me Now, and You'll Fly With Me Later"! Originally due out this past fall, the project has been pushed back until summer '09 so X can update the material to reflect his recent headlines. This means you have one more chance at being part of this ambitious project. Submit your best beats and HRM's A&R staff will consider having it appear on this exciting new record. All artists that submit outstanding beats will be contacted directly by Her Royal Majesty Records to discuss the possibility of including it on the upcoming DMX album.

Her Royal Majesty Records is an international record label working with everyone from hip hop godfathers Wu Tang Clan to thrash metal legends Overkill.

The Expected Decision Date is the date by which the Provider is expected to have listened to all submitted songs and updated the status of the Opportunity to either Broadjam Artist(s) Selected or No Broadjam Artists Selected.
What is a Exclusive or Non-Exclusive deal?
A non-exclusive deal means that if you sign a contract with the provider of this Opportunity, then you are free to sign contracts with other publishers, song pluggers, and libraries that have non-exclusive deals. Your song will exist in a catalog and be available for usage in films, TV, video games and more (advertisements and cable TV shows often use non-exclusive libraries).

The advantage to this kind of contract is that you're welcome to pitch the song to other music industry entities and can make it available in the widest array of places to find by music supervisors. The disadvantage is that there is less incentive for a publisher to pitch on a non-exclusive deal because the song is available elsewhere, and most major labels and primetime television programs will ask for an exclusive contract.

We guarantee that they will listen to your song, but the track is 100% yours until you sign a contract with the individual provider.
