Dawglogic are Liz Balfour and Kevin O'Neill and a variety of guest players, depending on the song. Liz and Kev have known each other for many years but only started playing/writing together relatively recently.
Liz writes many of the songs, plays rhythm guitar and sings all the female vocals. Kev also sings writes, plays rhythm guitar, bass, resophonic (Dobro) and lap steel guitar.
Dawglogic 's music does not fit easily into any one genre: some songs are alt-country and some hark back to the days of western swing. Yet others are more bluesy in feel while some just try to capture a moment or a feeling.
