David has had songs performed on local radio as well on BBC TV "MacMusical".

He reached the final 10 of the Cameron Mackintosh competition The Quest and recently wrote and staged the first musical version of the Bill Forsyth film "Gregory's Girl".

Previous musical ventures saw him attend the G8 summit where a recording of his song Build a bridge was presented.

As a performer he was featured in the BBC programme "all together now" and was recently featured as an instrumentalist (piano and backing vocals) on an album played on the BBC Radio 2 for show. David spends his time writing, performing and teaching music.
