An impulsively energetic yet attentively complex band from the musical Mecca of Austin, Texas, CosineParallel refuse to comply with the boundaries of today’s music scene. Musically they “bend melodically and explode technically” as their live set tumbles you from punctuation to transition and back again.Their new e.p. 'Stop.Start.Breathe.' is an incredible progression for CosineParallel in all areas including musicality, songwriting, and overall strength. Most suitably absorbed in its entirety, each individual song on the six-song e.p. flows seamlessly through the next creating a twenty-three minute “dance through a jagged, emotionally charged musical landscape.” Pre-released material from the e.p. posted on Garageband.com received extremely promising reviews including being described as “walking a thin line between U2/Coldplay and Finch” and “explosive and powerful like Thursday, with the musical riskiness of Fugazi and At the Drive-In.”
