Formed in 2004, Capital Eye is a hard-hitting rock band from Chicago, Illinois. With punk, metal, alternative, 50’s rock and 80’s pop/rock influences, Capital Eye is a band with legendary influences and a characteristic retro pulse, melded seamlessly within the modern pop/punk genre. Their sound is dominated by catchy, soul-infused riffs laced under distinctly Capital Eye melodies.

The band is composed of guitarist St. Jimmy, formerly of the goth/punk band Velvet Pelvis, drummer Jake of the gutter-punk band, the Gotards, bassist Elvis and vocalist Alisa Jo. The band takes pride in their unique sound and unmatchable style. Jake’s drumming is entwined with Elvis's captivating bass lines; forming a deep, steady cadence.

Alongside St. Jimmy's manic, yet always beautifully melodic guitar riffs, they round off Capital Eye’s formidable rhythm section. Alisa Jo’s pure, passionate vocals and unparalleled range adds beauty to a sound that’s most often dominated by male-fronted bands.
