Theresa Dimick- drums, percussion, vocals
Jamie Dimick- guitar, vocals
Jesse Howes- bass guitar, vocals
Bob Dimick- keyboards, acoustic guitar, vocals
Jam@one is a four piece rock band evolving out of a basement studio in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom. We are, for the most part, forty-something baby boomers who love (and remember) the 60's, 70's and 80's music. We also embrace the styles and technology of today and apply it to our unique blend of melodic pop/rock.
We were and are huge fans of all types of music and the influences from then and now are simply too numerous to mention- from motown to punk to techno-pop to today's singer songwriters, it's all so cool. If we had to pick only one, it would be the Beatles.
Like the Beatles, we are not about being complacent and re-hashing the past. We strive to constantly challenge ourselves and move forward as writers, musicians and recording artists with fresh, new ideas.
The first CD is almost finished and the band follows three simple rules in every song:
1. It's all about the song.
2. It has to be fun
3. There are no rules.
