I guess music for me is like my balance. Something happened the last time I was in jail fighting my case. My homeboys were on the stand swearing to tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth so help them God... No way I was getting out,kickin dope, surrounded by people, just like me, that I couldn't stand to be around or talk to. So I started writing about my life, the problem was I couldn't stop. I wrote about my kids, marriage, childhood, mom, dad, and everything in between from my addiction to drugs, crime, violence, and high speed chases. My love for music soon turned my poetry into sixteen bar verses. Discovering my ability to produce music and write about my life is what helped me get through it.
