Been doing music in various guises , ways/shapes and forms for awhile now I guess..Had bands , been signed and recorded for majors on both sides of the pond (U.K and U.S.) but feel that I've finally found my niche recently by stepping outside the "human zoo" aspect of the industry and just concentrating on my craft..which is songwriting !
A tunesmith , songs for sale - melody , structure , light'n'shade , perhaps a story to be told and (re-told)
Also interested in the production aspect , obviously . Different approaches for different ideas - sonic architecture where it's needed , if a melody or lyric holds sway and is the predominant idea then let it speak for itself..
So , the beginning of a new phase/era -
Bring on the melody and big up the middle eight !!
