In 2006 G-Todd established Nxt Platu Productions in order to work on the production of music for other artists. After realizing that this was the aspect of music that appealed to him the most he attended Madison Media Institute and received a degree in Recording Engineering and Production in 2007. While obtaining his degree he interned at The Hit Factory in Miami, FL. He also attended Full Sail University in 2009 for Entertainment Business.
G-Todd continues to work on various projects through Nxt Platu Productions.The motivation for his current album "Ageless" was that G-Todd felt that there was something missing from today's music-the element of real music. He feels that emotion is lacking from most of the hip hop of today, with artists focusing on material things and negativity. "Ageless" is about emotions and situations something that everyone can relate to.
