Singer, writer, performer, Mal is based in Auckland New Zealand. He is NZ born, but lived for 13 years in Sydney Australia, recording there for (then) CBS. His songs come from the heart, lessons in life and love, written from observations and recollections along the way, and mixed with a brush or two of imagination and pretend here and there.

Just up-dated the mix on Life Worth Livin... any thoughts??

Working on new material all the time at the moment- some acoustic tracks, both minimal and more rocky, and also some instrumental tunes I have had around for a little while, and am slowly finishing these off to a more respectable standard. I plan to release one track soon , just getting the film clip ideas done.

Working on finishing a bunch of songs, couple of country ones, one of which was a finalist here in New Zealand recently in a songwriting contest. Was planning on winning and taking home the cash ... Took home a cold instead!!! But good fun down in Gore in the South Island, as always. We were in the snow for a couple of days... Beautiful.
