Jahmiek

Jamaica Queens in itself is a true testament of urban survival. But North Jamaica Queens is a whole different story. Born, Earl Jahmiek Friday and raised in a nuclear family environment, Jahmiek turned to a life of crime for solitude. Hustling on the streets of Queens was an everyday activity. He was soon at a cross-road, seeing his life being engulfed by the streets of New York. Jahmiek and his mother relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina for refuge. While living in Charlotte, he developed the passion for music, along with honing and perfecting his skills in writing. An unwavering commitment and strong desire for his craft kept Jahmiek focus on his goals of becoming a great lyricist. After spending three years in Charlotte, a more mature Jahmiek moved back to Queens, New York with the intents of taking on the music industry by storm.
