David Harris' debut solo single, "These Are The Moments" hit the top of the R&B charts in the mid 70s, which he performed as an opening act for Diana Ross at a benefit concert for The United Negro College Fund at New York 's Philharmonic Hall.

In the mid late 80s he turned his attention to developing the talents of a young brother & sister vocal duo. Amazingly, the recordings he wrote and produced helped launch the extraordinary career of Grammy Award winning singer, Marc-Anthony. Harris later wrote and co-produced the Billboard Top 100 hit single, "Gonna Make It" by SAFIRE.

As a singer/songwriter, he is now ready to make a comeback in his own right. Just as millions have loved the smooth vocal styles of Luther Vandross, James Ingram and Brian McKnight, no doubt they willl also be captivated by the music of DAVID HARRIS.

Harris is a gradute of the La Guadia high School of Music and Art and holds a B.A. in Media Communications and an MS.ed.
