Vickie Russell has been featured on three compilation CDs, one in the New York area entitled, “Follow the Rainbow”, recorded with the Jimmy Buffett band, one in Hamburg, Germany entitled, “The Consortium Sampler”, and on e for the Winona Folk Festival in New Jersey. She has shared bills with the 10,000 Maniacs, Donovan, Pete Seeger, Rick Danko, Leon Russell, David Wilcox, Amy Fradon, Sloan Wainright, John Sebastian, Artie and Happy Traum, Jill Sobule, and was a finalist for the Lilith Fair. A Billboard Songwriting Contest winner, Vickie has been featured on radio and TV worldwide. Her first solo CD was entitled, “As Written”. She has just released her second CD entitled “Welcome Home”, featuring Garth Hudson, Mindy Jostyn and Amy Fradon.
