Stroud has made a living as a DJ & Dance Event Promoter since 1995. Although he made the occasional foray into production and live performances with bands on turntables/samplers/synthesizers over the years, he became serious about making music in 2002. A 2nd place finish in Groove Armada’s “I See You Baby” remix contest and studio collaboration with a rock artist sealed the deal. He cut back his DJ schedule to teach himself music production, and in 2003 he started to gain attention from the international Progressive House scene. Recent releases of his have charted well on Progressive House record pool and shop charts and have been featured on XM, KROQ, Proton, and other radio shows. His original material and remixes have made numerous appearances on Promo Only Club Discs and on three different record labels. He currently performs regularly at clubs and events, hosts a Dance Music radio show, is an Essential Beats reporter, and is collaborating with a number of established musicians.
