Story Behind The Song
I was at a juggling workshop in WA Australia while on tour with a circus company. The instructor was called Haggis. The boy beside me was trying to juggle hats. He threw the hat down on the ground in frustration. The teacher said "oi hats have feelings too" I ran out of the room to find my harp and write this song. The sentiment that we get attached to our hats and obviously the hat in the song is a person.
