Nice groove and vibe. The vocal change in the middle made for a very cool variation. The song gets you moving which is a good reason for music. Both vocals are natural to the vibe and are performed very professionally.
Of course there seems to be a reminiscent leaning toward Lou Reed in my mind, whether intentional or not it is a good thing.

I liked the song, I don't think the genre is Folk Americana. Not sure what genre it is but not folk, Americana.
