a lament for the african condition ....right now....!! in response to reviews.....i need to add something here...we met at a teaching facility in manchester uk...we did an african workshop and produced a head arr. after 2 hours..we secured a fostex digital 8 track and 2 mics...and positioned them at the other end of a staged performance room..a la motown .........ambient....sound.....this produced the middle section...from where the drums kick in.........i took this rough tape ...and compresssded it to put the drums at the back of the mix..then added various congas....cymbals etc.at the front and back ends.....to dress the colours with definition......it would appear that this has worked...!!!
