Story Behind The Song

While going through counseling I was frustrated by the feelings of always having to do something. Productivity was how I defined my self worth. If I wasn't doing than I wasn't worthwhile. In relationship a partner may not understand the need for space. I learned that humans are supposed to reflect, grieve their losses, pray and meditate. Ultimately, I learned that I need to be a human being not a human doing.
