Born and raised in the Central San Joaquin Valley, Richard has been performing as a working musician up and down the coast of California and most recently as a solo singer/songwriter. Richard's first CD "Mile After Mile" garnered much critical praise and attention in Europe, Australia, Canada and the US, winning awards and chart topping radio airplay that has continued for years even after its 1998 release date. Richard's 2nd independent release, "This Winter's Chill" has drawn comparisons to some of our greatest comtemporary songwriters including Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen & Steve Forbert. Currently working on his third independent release, the new CD promises to be a mixture of interesting rhythms and inspired storytelling.
