Milwaukee based artist/songwriter Tommy Malta performs primarily around the midwest . Since the early 1990's, he has lent his vocal and instrumental talents to an array of working cover and original groups. All the while, he absorbs elements into his own writing style, which is essentially medium to light rock. He performs publicly approximately 150 shows per year. In 2003 he started the Easystreet Rock band, which released "Live From the Gun" in October of that year. This EP length disc is a collection of some of Tommy's songs as they were recorded raw live in clubs.

Midwestern rocker and balladeer Tommy Malta performs contemporary rock that is straight forward in its approach. His lyrics, though deceptively simple in concept, can be quite rich in their depth. He and the Easystreet Rock band are currently supporting their 2003 release: "Live From the Gun", an EP length debut effort recorded in intimate live settings during the bands formative period. They are in preproduction stages of a full length studio release.
