I like to fish and I have passion for singing and songwriting. I love writing songs that carry a positive message or spark a thought that may help someone think about a good cause. As a teenager I was a Folk/Rock/ZZ Top/Led Zeppelin/Bob Dylan fan (still am) and now it's also Johnny Cash, John Prine, The Black Keys, Steve Goodman, Woody Guthrie, great songwriters who share their lives. I also listen to stuff my students and children listen to. The power of music is incredible. I believe music is a great peacemaker and allows people to experience creative hope. Teaching songs to people and singing them together can develop great personal and spiritual connections.
